With an accomplished and diverse career background, Britt has served in high-performance sales and leadership/mentorship roles in both the real estate and hospitality industries. After graduating from Appalachian State with a degree in Hospitality Management, Britt served as a National Sales Manager for the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. In this hybrid position, her role encompassed employing creative marketing strategies, client events, and entertainment, and negotiating large meeting contracts while mitigating risk for the resort.
Next, Britt trained at a large real estate firm in Asheville for a few before carving her niche in the luxury segment with Ivester Jackson BlackStream Christie’s. She led the team through a solid growth period before relocating to Wilmington in 2020 and working on the launch of Ivester Jackson Coastal in 2021.
Britt partner's her business with Christie's International Real Estate to offer her clients the most robust local, regional, national and global marketing exposure in conjunction with world-class technology.
